REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At The Nichole Collection, we want you to love your purchase. We maintain clear and consistent policies to ensure fairness for all customers. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Before You Buy
Please review our detailed size guide and measurements before purchasing. Items are represented with accurate descriptions and sizing guidance to help you make the right choice.

Return Eligibility (7-Day Window)
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, based on carrier tracking confirmation.
- Requests submitted after 7 days will not be approved.
- Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers must email photos of the item(s) and provide a reason for return (e.g., defect, damage, incorrect item received).
- Customers are required to provide a valid tracking number for their return shipment. Returns without tracking confirmation may not be eligible for store credit.
Returns based on personal preference, fit, or style are accepted but must meet all return conditions.
Active Response Requirement
Customers may not retain possession of an item beyond the 7-day return window by delaying communication.
Return Shipping & Deadline
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once approved, return instructions and the correct return address will be provided.
- Items must be shipped within 3 days of return approval.
- Returns not shipped within this timeframe will be voided.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees. Your store credit will reflect the full value of the returned item(s), excluding original shipping charges.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order to secure availability and returning the original item for store credit in accordance with our return policy. This helps ensure the fastest way to receive your new item before it sells out.
Condition of Returned Items
All returns are inspected upon receipt and must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags attached
Items showing signs of wear, odor, damage, or alteration will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Intimates, bodysuits, lingerie, robes, sleepwear
- Sunglasses
- Accessories (jewelry, handbags, scarves, socks)
Missed Deadlines
Failure to meet any of the following will result in a denied return:
- Request not submitted within 7 days
- Required photos/reason not provided
- Lack of response to return communication
- Item not shipped within 3 days of approval
