The Nichole Collection Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 2–3 business days, pending successful payment authorization and verification.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Once shipped, customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

  • Estimated delivery times are 7–15 business days; these are approximations and may vary.


2. Shipping Policies

  • Free shipping is available on orders of $69.99 or more, unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

  • Promotional codes for free or discounted shipping are valid only if issued directly by The Nichole Collection and applied at checkout.

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.


3. Returns & Store Credit Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Please review the guidelines below:

  • Customers have 5 days from receipt of merchandise to contact us at info@nicholecollection.com or via online chat to initiate a return. No exceptions.

  • All approved refunds are issued as store credit only. Cash or original payment refunds are not provided.

  • Store credit will be issued for the original merchandise price, minus a $9.10 return label fee, and excluding duties and taxes.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. These include:

    • Clearance/Markdowns

    • Shapewear

    • Swimwear

    • Cosmetics

    • Stockings & socks

    • Custom jewelry
      No exceptions.

  • Customers are eligible for one free replacement per order for the same product/price at the time of purchase. Additional replacements are not offered.

  • Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and returned in original packaging.

  • Once a tracking number is issued, the order is considered in transit and cannot be canceled.

Return Process:

  1. Contact info@nicholecollection.com with your order details, reason for return, and photos of the item(s), packaging, and tags.

  2. Receive return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Ship the item(s) securely using the provided return label within 3 business days.

  4. Track the return and provide photographic proof to us. Refund (store credit) will be processed once the return is received and verified.


4. Multiple Shipping Addresses

We only ship to one address per order. For multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.


5. P.O. Boxes

USPS has parcel size restrictions for P.O. boxes. Oversized packages may be held at a USPS location. The Nichole Collection is not responsible once the package is shipped.


6. Undeliverable Orders

We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect shipping details

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to retrieve packages from USPS or other carriers


7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or altered once a shipping label has been created. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Unauthorized use of promotions

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment discrepancies

  • Other unforeseen issues


8. Return Address

Customers must contact us to receive the correct warehouse return address. Do not return items to the address listed on the package, as it may delay processing.
