FAQ

What is your Return Policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@nicholecollection.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited: shapewear, swimwear, Last Chance items, Flash Sale items, cosmetics, and custom-made name jewelry. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. No exceptions.

Ordering & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

The Nichole Collection is a US-based brand headquartered in Roswell, GA. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we ship from multiple fulfillment locations across the US — your order will be dispatched from the location closest to your delivery address.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) will be processed within 2–3 business days, pending successful payment authorization and verification.

  • Estimated delivery times are 7–13 business days; these are approximations and may vary.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Once shipped, customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Policies

  • Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more, unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
  • Promotional codes for free or discounted shipping are valid only if issued directly by The Nichole Collection and applied at checkout.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We only ship to one address per order. For multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.

P.O. Boxes

USPS has parcel size restrictions for P.O. boxes. Oversized packages may be held at a USPS location. The Nichole Collection is not responsible once the package is shipped.

Undeliverable Orders

We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve packages from USPS or other carriers. By placing an order with The Nichole Collection, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Can I track my order?
