We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns must be submitted within 7 days of carrier tracking confirmation and are issued as store credit only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Final sale items (intimates, bodysuits, lingerie, robes, sleepwear, socks, sunglasses, and accessories) cannot be returned.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after your payment clears. Orders placed after 6 PM EST or on weekends are processed the next business day. We offer free shipping on orders $75+. We ship via USPS to one address per order.

Submit your return request within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached. Provide your reason for return and a valid tracking number. Store credit will be issued once approved.
